The first Davinci Artisan Gelato opened in Mykonos Island in Greece in the Summer of 2012 by a Team of F&B Experts.

The Idea was Simple : Produce all the serving fresh ingredients on a Daily Basis in house, based on traditional Mediterranean recipes mixing old techniques by using the latest technology, without fat or preservatives

OUR TRADITION

The tradition of Italian gelato is ancient and its significance has been recognized throughout the world. In spite of the challenges this heritage has evolved and been handed down through the centuries with continuity and persistence right up to our times. Our gelato is conceived and developed with passion, based on the excellent Italian tradition to offer you only the best from the finest ingredients.


In 2016, Davinci successfully opened 2 new stores, one in Kifisia and one in Plaka in 2017, 3 new stores in 2018 in Rhodes, Cyprus and Crete and one new store in 2018, in Aegina Island.

Davinci opened 2 more stores in 2021, one in Glyfada and one in Thessaloniki Airport, one new store in 2022 in Piraeus and 3 new stores in 2023 in Mykonos Airport, Paphos and the Mall of Cyprus.

 
Davinci welcomes new markets through franchising to introduce and develop the Davinci Gelato concept.
